Describe how goods move through your facility: floor storage, forklift handling, conveyor movement or rack storage. Confirm the entry direction and clearance required by your equipment. A pallet suitable for floor storage may need a different design for unsupported rack spans.
Confirm the dimensions and loading conditions
Share the footprint of your goods, their weight, the way the load is distributed and the supporting surface. Static, dynamic and rack loads describe different conditions and should not be used interchangeably. Request confirmed specifications for the exact model and operating conditions.
Discuss the environment
Let the supplier know about temperature, cleaning, outdoor exposure and any hygiene requirements. Ask for the material information and supporting documentation needed for your application.
Prepare an inquiry
Include the required dimensions, intended use, quantity and destination. Product availability, suitability and performance must be confirmed before ordering.
